Frank Cipolla was born in Brooklyn, New York, and spent his early years in Milano, Italy, until the age of 9. In 1979, he returned to the United States, settling in Casselberry, Florida. Frank completed his education at Lyman High School, graduating in 1990.
Following graduation, Frank exhibited his commitment to service by joining the United States Air Force. During his tenure, he specialized as a firefighter and hazmat specialist, dedicating four years to serving his country.
Subsequently, Frank returned to his roots, joining the family enterprise. The Cipolla family, with a long-standing tradition in the culinary arts, owned Napoli’s Pizza in Winter Springs. Moreover, Frank’s uncle owned Jerry’s Pizza. As a Cipolla, being involved in the family business was second nature. This entrepreneurial spirit, deeply embedded in the Cipolla lineage, signifies their desire to shape their own destiny and maintain leadership roles.
In the late 1990s, the family ventured to Ponce Inlet, where they eventually established Jerry’s Italian Grill. Challenging the status quo, 13 years later, they added a unique touch by constructing a tiki bar. Despite skepticism from many, this tiki bar not only succeeded but also became a staple in the community. Twenty-seven years on, it stands as a testament to the Cipolla family’s vision, continuing to serve and delight its cherished community.
